MCE123℠ does not decide whether or not we have the precedent for any specific technology concept - this is up to the court systems to decide. MCE123℠ invented these technologies from scratch. There may be cases where the technology has been developed by someone else, in the past, before us, and they own the rights to the technology, if that is the case, however we don't know of any cases of this sort, as we did not go and take the technologies from them. There are likely a lot of cases of unique concepts coming from us, though we don't actively register them with USPTO; however, we absolutely do not take the works of other people and/or organizations and claim their concepts are our own. There is no entitlement for anyone to use these technologies without paying us in a legal contract.
