Quantum Gravity Loop

This technology is a process of creating a timing mechanism that uses a loop of quantum materials as a timing loop in space. Since the flow of quantum materials is always at a constant rate with this gravity loop, at the precise level of gravity that the loop is opened with, this can be used to provide frequency baselines to computer systems at a greater precision than a sub-atomic clock or that of a photonic clock. This mechanism could be used in addition to a sensor system that detects the movements of planets, so even if the magnetism of the gravity loop is changed, the precision is the same. The frequency would differ based on the gravity of the quantum loop, and it would be possible to change the gravity at that specific point in space. The equivalence of the visual of this timing mechanism is a stream of quantum materials entering from inversed angles, towards a gravity implosion at a quantum level that is not visible and does not cause any changes to the surroundings in space other than attracting streams of quantum particles. Since the particles are able to pass through super-magnetic space, the particles re-enter space rather than the effect being a quantum black hole that removes quantum particles entirely.

This type of precision would be the equivalence of a timing mechanism based on the reactions at the center of many types of stars, while this would not actually result in a breakdown of the particles, dissimilar to the centers of stars where the gravitational forces can actually lead to even the smallest particles getting crushed by the forces of super gravity.
