This invention concept pertains to a technology system, that includes a Fuel Cell, and a water molecule separation technology. Water acts as a catalyst in this technology system, which the water is stored in a tank. The water gets pumped into the water molecule separation technology, and low-power consumption lasers split the water molecules into Hydrogen (H) and Oxygen (O) gas atoms. Then, the Hydrogen (H) and Oxygen (O) are separated through a permeable membrane, and the re-combined in a Fuel Cell Technology, to generate electricity, that is in extreme excess of the amount of electricity it took to power the lasers. Then, the water, that is a byproduct of the Fuel Cell, is then put back into the water tank, and the process is repeated with the same water. The process is continual, and the electricity from the Fuel Cell that is produced by recombining the Hydrogen (H) and Oxygen (O) is used to charge batteries, and power other components.
The applications of this technology include home self-power units, or electrical generators, or vehicle engines for electric powered vehicles.
MCE123℠ seeks to create a closed system, that combines the different elements, of how these different technologies work, in a system that automatically, and seamlessly, and effortlessly, just generates net electricity.
MCE123℠ seeks to have a battery in the system, that does not need to be replaced, for an extremely long period of time, that the battery usually has an extremely high amount of electricity available in the battery, and that the generator only needs to turn on, when electricity needs to charge the batteries, or run loads that are in excess of the current rating of the batteries. This is not a combustion engine.
This technology is completely silent, and there it may be possible to make this generator with no moving parts, by using radio frequency to move the water, using a water frequency pulse wave water pump technology, that moves or pumps the water through pipes.
There have not been any scientific experiments on this technology, yet, according to the U.S. government.
This technology would also have a water filtration technology, that would ensure that the water is filtered, when put into the water tank. There would also be a drainage system, that would allow the water to be drained out of the system. There would also be a system that would clean the water out of the system, including out of the pipes, to prevent mildew in the system, by causing the water to turn into hot water vapor, by blowing hot air through the system, to clean the system out, for storage, such as in units that are home or portable self-power units, or portable electrical generators.
Since water is free, from the tap, this is an ideal technology, and additionally, with this specific type of generator, the water does not need to be refilled – as the same water is used over and over again, by just increasing the net gain of electricity, through the usage of lasers, to knock off the Hydrogen (H) from the Oxygen (O), in a specific way, that there is a net gain of electricity, when the same Hydrogen (H) from the Oxygen (O) recombines, in the Fuel Cell technology.
This is a new version of this technology, that was developed in 2025, by Patrick R. McElhiney.
In the Fuel Cell, there would be an atomically small narrow gap, where when the Hydrogen (H) and Oxygen (O) gases recombine, in the Fuel Cell Technology, water falls into a pan, below the Fuel Cell Technology, and then the water is pumped back into the Water Molecule Laser Separation Unit. The process repeats itself, over and over again.
There is a solid-state battery, that provides capacitance, as well as direct current draw capabilities, from the generator, so the generator can turn off, and the power will still flow, however it’s unclear why the generator would need to turn off.

There were no challenges to MCE123℠ having been the inventor of this technology, therefore the patent was awarded to MCE123℠, according to the U.S. government. Companies will have to contact MCE123℠ to build this technology, or other technologies that MCE123℠ invented, in order to begin work on designing and engineering and building this technology.
Unauthorized use of intellectual property pertaining to inventions that were originally invented by MCE123℠, will result in court fines and fees, that result in the complete business units of where the technologies were designed and engineered and prototyped and manufactured, being taken over or foreclosed on, and all assets of the companies or business units will be confiscated by law enforcement through the court systems, and taken into custody, for MCE123℠ to be paid, so MCE123℠ can continue its work on its own technologies, its self, as granted by the U.S. court systems, previously, in statutory law that is protected under the U.S. Constitution.
All scientific experiments for this technology can only take place with MCE123℠, or through written contracts with MCE123℠, including experiments in this technology class, that use water as a catalyst, with these technologies, including in similar or dissimilar however similar ways, to accomplish approximately the same results, with technologies that use other chemical substances, or other molecules, other than water, as well, with similar technology concepts, or similar technology systems.
