This invention pertains to a software system that uses SmellSense® Satellite Technology, that can scan to find and track smells, scents, and aromas of chemicals and mixtures, including prescription drugs and street drugs and other foreign substances, including explosives and nuclear materials, including non-explosive nuclear materials, in addition to all biological pathogens, also, including in vehicles that would or are crossing over the border, and vehicles that travel near government buildings, not to mention everywhere else.
This software would work with the SmellSense® Surveillance Satellite Technology, to scan for and track specific smells, scents, and aromas, everywhere, all over the world, always, to find all harmful chemicals, street drugs and foreign substances, including explosives, such as nuclear materials, in addition to biological agents, everywhere, from using or utilizing space satellites. Each substance has a specific smell, scent, and/or aroma signature that can be found and tracked with wide-apparatus tracking systems, that can locate all instances of a specific material, all over the planet, and then track all instances of that substance, always, in a government tracking computer system.
It’s been proven that drugs and explosives give off a specific scent or smell or aroma that can be detected by SmellSense® Satellite Surveillance Technology. With all of the threats to domestic homeland and national security in the present day, there is a need for a global security satellite network, that will constantly scan everywhere for specific scents, smells, and aromas, and then detect foreign substances, including illegal drugs including non-prescribed drugs or street sold prescription drugs or traded prescription drugs, in addition to street drugs or illegal drugs and illegal controlled substances, and explosives, including nuclear materials or chemical materials, including as a gas, liquid, or solid, in addition to harmful mixtures, and automatically send authorities to meet vehicles and other methods to transport these harmful materials, so the materials do not pose an immediate threat “down the line” as to wherever war lords or terrorists or criminals intend to take these harmful materials.
Then, it’s simply up to law enforcement to be dispatched and do their job to apprehend the contraband and explosive materials, in addition to the criminals and terrorists and war criminals and war lords. Having the right amount of intelligence about where the contraband and explosive materials are around the world, first, keeps law enforcement on high alert, to ensure that nothing can ever get through our first line of defense, which is law enforcement security around the world with Global Security® satellite networks through the military.
The SmellSense® Satellite Surveillance Technology should have a dedicated computer system, with constant sensor sweeps of the entire planet, to constantly locate all drug cartel operations locations and all explosives factories, and all cargo that pertains to drug contraband or explosives, that is currently in transport, or is located stationary, at any location, including all storage facilities, where drug contraband and/or explosives are stored. This system should produce a map, that can be pulled up by any law enforcement officer in the international law enforcement computer systems, in addition to any military officer, in the Global Security® computer systems. These systems should have the capability, and a constant system, to track down all scents, smells, and aromas, in public, so that every material is always identified, merely based on how it smells to a SmellSense® Surveillance Satellite. There can be other systems that identify the same materials for other qualities, such as light refraction properties of the same materials, even to verify that the materials are the same materials, through other scientific methods, such as showing photography or videography inside a building taken with high-resolution satellite video cameras to law enforcement.
